A week ago I ordered a technician, as the bathroom floor did not heat up when the sensor was turned on at full power. The technician said that the motor on the heating circuit needs to be changed. After 2 days I bought a motor for 220 euros, came in, changed the motor and left. Since the floor heats up for a long time, I could not imagine that it would be just hell the next day. The bathroom and bedroom temperature was 30 degrees with the temperature sensors turned off. I called and wrote to the firm many times. They promised to send another technician, but again you have to pay. Call - 35 euros, replacement of the motor +35 and for the service of buying it - 25. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM!

The sent technician did not speak a single word in Estonian. I got the pot clogged, but what I had in front of it I got it myself, the technician only watched that the water was going down and everything that was there as an obstacle was not checked. It is good that I watched and saw and got it myself. In our Estonian country, employees could still be served in Estonian, even to a small extent.

I categorically do not recommend 👨‍🔧 Negative experience: terrible service and property damage (the master did not have a ladder, he stood on the washing machine and broke it). After installing a new boiler - water flowed, it turned out that he had poorly twisted fasteners. They waited a long time for a second call. I came almost at night, no apologies were made :) The masters did not have elementary tools (stairs, flashlights, screwdrivers). Claims of clients are ignored. Non-punctual people.
