Absolutely unacceptable service: changing a swollen battery on an iPhone took 14 days and cost 120 €, with the initial estimate of 3 working days. Terrible communication and staff awareness of the process. No signs of regret or apologies.
The worst customer service.
I brought my laptop following Apple’s instructions to change the keyboard, and they decide that dont’t want to change it.Unnaceptable.If wasn’t enough they also ask for money!
Next day apple make for me an appointment on their competitors for do it.

My experience of interaction was terrible! I left my Beats Solo 3 headphones to diagnose a problem, it's cost 20 Euro. And after all the answer was: your headphones do not work, the repair is possible only through swap! It's on acceptable for me! I've known that without this service. I've got no answer what is the cause of the headphones defect. Please give me back my 20 Euro!!!
Very poor customer support! I had a software issue with my 2 month old laptop I bought from them. I talked to customer support about it and they said they need to consult with tech and call me back in 15 minutes. Still waiting for that call 2 days later!! Absolutely low grade!
Valge Klaar called me now after having posted this feedback. They mentioned the one star and asked if I already have found a solution to my issue or not. I had of course. I am traveling and computer issue is a big problem in my work.
However, not once did the guy apologize, nor offered any suggestions how to make this experience better for me retrospectively.
