Group and personal workouts. Adjusted to the participants on the go by experienced trainers. Fun and challenging sessions. Learning movement and gymnastics with progressions, and given variations on exercises for increasing difficulty. Lessons available in Estonian and English. Good community spirit maintained by trainers.
