Fraudsters, at a request to exchange goods from the buyer for an equivalent product, the seller did the trick, saying one day after the purchase about the deterioration of the goods (hours), supposedly the goods were worn and scratched. They also communicate roughly and aggressively with the client, without paying the necessary attention to the buyer. The Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights is unknowingly and not respected.
