I've been there many times and everything has been fine. Laundry clean, smelling fresh, dry. Actually, smelling heavenly. The only reason we do laundry there. Last week (04.09) our laundry was not clean at all, as if the detergent was completely forgotten. Ok, things happen. But, when contacted, they said everything was correct, nothing to complain about! Just maybe beforehand we have had laundry rinse, end of the story... Hell no, bedsheets aren't clean, shirts smell gym, dirty. Also, the lady in the shift was rude (overall attitude) + refused to clean my jacket in the washing machine (which has been accepted every time in the past). Would have expected an apology for the trouble, as everything needs to be rewashed. Anyway, I'm willing to give it a one more chance, but the last one.

They say they are open until 20h, but when you pick up your laundry, there is a note that the closing hours are exceptionally until 18h that day. When you come back two days later to collect your stuff at 18h05, the door is closed again.

Went to wash laundry at 8am when it says it opens at 7am. No-one is there and all the doors are locked. Waste of time.

We brought two loads of clothes to wash and dry. It only cost us €15 and took just two hours, which is impressive any day of the week, but especially on a Saturday morning. Highly recommended.

Avoid this place! If you must, make sure you show up hours and hours before their closing time, even for the self laundry services The employees are extremely rude. I've never had worse service at a business in Tallinn.
