What a terrible experience I had here. Not only was the service rude, but they also ruined my clothes and denied any wrongdoing.

Stay away from this dry clean company if you don't want your clothes get damaged I sent my dress in for dry clean couple of months ago, as I saw Mr, Mrs Clean have a great review, and claim themselves as the best dry clean in Tallinn, I sent my Halston Dress that cost me £700 for dry clean When I first sent in the person who work at the reception - Tiina, Told me that they will take care of the dress, they will wrap around metal parts to make sure it will wash . And they charged me extra money for my dress, instead of 7euros they are charged me 14.50 euros to wash, as they said they will take it specially A few days when I went to pick up my dress, the dress is completely damaged ,there are many holes on my dress, and the metal part is damaged. As they don't speak very good english, the communication was extremely difficult, basically, they told me its not their fault that they damaged my dress, its my dress fault.... Just be clear, this dress is from a big luxury brand - Halston, the instructions is very clear is to do dry clean, I have wash it many times in London with dry clean, and it never had any problem or damaged at all I contacted my dry clean in London who has been washing this dress for me many times, and this is what he said: "He has successfully dry cleaned the garment in the past without any problems. He said you can see scratches alongside the corners of the metal, indicating they were not properly secured before washing. Please see attached the conversation I had with him." I email the director of the company Svetlana Tšepurnõhh, as they damaged my dress - Under EU law Consumer Rights Act 2015, you as a trader have a responsibility of care. I have only asked for a second hand price of £391 to compensate my dress instead of the full retail price i paid £700, and they have refused to , and also not responding my emails or phone call. When we went to pick my dress back, they somehow got a letter say it is not their fault of the dress it is the manufacture fault. I have been talking with EU regulations and trading standard, and also appointing a legal people to help me to get compensate on the dress. I am more upset with them as a company how irresponsible they are , and very disrespect their clients, by not trying to solve the problem.This is the worst dry clean company i have ever experienced after been living in EU for over 16 years of my life. If you want to save yourself a headache and potential to get your clothes damaged, i strongly recommend you to stay away from this company!!!

I want to compliment the altitude of service provided by Mr and Mrs Clean dry cleaners. Not only this is fast and reliable but you are always welcomed with a genuine smile. I will recommend this establishment to all of mine traveling friends!!
