This is a good dry-cleaner - turn-around times are ca 24h (I think this is the best you can get in Tallinn), it's very conveniently located in Kristiine keskus - and seems to be open for very long hours. Prices are OK, too.

My wife gave the parka, bought two months ago, to this `` office '', they waited 3 days. Upon receipt, we saw stains from chemicals on the sleeves. Again they gave it to clean up. The next day they came to pick up. There were no stains on the sleeves, but there was an uncleaned stain in the wound of the belly, in the park. The third time was given to redo. Black buttons on the park have lost their color, all metal elements are worn out, holes from a stapler, for some reason tags nailed directly to the thing. Not only did they spoil the thing, but instead of being sorry or just communicating politely with a client who has not been able to get his parka for a week because of their fault, they began to be rude, insult, lie, and open up. Deskot - you brought this park to the disgrace (PURCHASED IN SPORTLAND TWO MONTHS AGO) VERDICT: They gave the new thing, they took the old one. Wasted: money, time, nerves and a presentable appearance of a new, yellow parka. If you value your things as well as everything I have listed above - IN NO EVENT DO NOT GIVE THEM TO THIS `` dry cleaning '' !!! I have never seen such beastliness, both in relation to clients, and in relation to the things of clients.

I took the cover mattress to dry cleaning. It was warned that it might not get clean, but not because it could shrink, which the coating did. For feedback on how such a thing could have happened, I was accused, very unprofessionally, of not knowing it myself. Now, in addition to paying for a service I didn't get € 17, I also have to buy a new cover mattress.

Disgusting dry cleaning. Twice the same thing, the maintenance staff does not look where the rooms are fastening, and they pierce the oilcloth of the down jacket with clips, leaving holes there! Want to have whole things? Do not carry them in this dry cleaning!
