I tried to use the dry-cleaning, but left after finding out I would get my dry-cleaned stuff back in 5 days! Five days!! I recommend using the dry-cleaners in Kristiine keskus instead - also convenient location and it takes them less than 24h to dry-clean your stuff. Good: * Location - Balti Jaama turg is easily accessible in Kalamaja - walking, tram, train, bus * Range of services - dry cleaning, mending clothes, etc Bad: * WAITING TIMES - I went to dry cleaners on August 28th to get a single shirt cleaned and it would have taken until September 3rd for me to get it back. *This is nearly 6 days!!!* * Cash only for some services * Weak web presence - it took me a while to understand which services they provide, where are they open for how long, etc. The web page seems to be focused on the central washing house and calls the dry cleaner shops "pickup points" - this is confusing, since as a customer I don't really care about the central washing facility history.

Quality and terms of work are not respected. When asked when the work will be done, they answer with rudeness.
