Horrendous experience....this mean BELOW negative!!! You have provided official information on your page that you are open from the 21st of September!!! Why there are no dates posted for the next 3 months and even further with any kind of services available at all!!! I have purchased Priority services, this is 356.00 euros to find out that there are no time slots posted!Keep on checking you say...how can you be an oficcial representative of UK government if you keep on telling lies! I need an answer, when are you going to post new dates? Are you offering out of the hours services/additional hours? I have filed an official complaint with the UK visas and immigration and will make sure they are aware of this chaos!

this website is a junk, no available date even after you have payed for your visa there customer care will keep saying you should be checking your Tls monitor page. what monitor page is that ? The Uk Gov should know about this if they can be changed . you guys are not competent in handling applications after the corona lockdown is over.

NO AVAILABLE TIME FOR APPOINTMENTS. Before completing my visa application form - checked if the office in Tallinn is open, according to the website it has been opened from August the 3rd and "our appointment booking table is now open". Completed my visa application form, paid UKVI fees, NHS fees and was redirected to TLS contact Tallinn website to book an appointment. No available time for August and for the rest of the year. No telephone to contact, only the 'contact us' customer form, to which they replied few days later saying "please check our website" - well it says you are open for appointments. Is it possible to apply for UK visa from Tallinn? You should really make it clear if you are open or not for your customers before they pay large amount of money.

Horrendous Service, No customer service number in Estonia myself and my partner (British) attempted to call the UK contact number and was told the inquiry line is only for residents in Schengen ...Great if you live in Schengen my partner is in UK and cannot speak to anyone in hes own country about there process ! "people please not they are not UK Government" they are a Private organisation that are employed to process papers. That's all and are very bad at doing it . Ok so my query is this I've attempted to book an online service to attend your office in Tallinn and quite clearly the service is not available (even though the payment of 108 Euros has been taken from my account for cost of visa) I'm now unable to book a time slot to visit your office WHY? if a time slot is not available "this yea"r will my money be reimbursed for cost of the visa ? will I lose my money ? (as it will be over the time period for application) 30 days. is there a drop in center where I can get answers to my questions alternatively is there a telephone consultation service in Tallinn also why are you charging additional 30 Euros to photocopy papers ? if I attend I always bring copies along with me! your charging people for a premium service when quite clearly its not needed. You say "for us to provide a better service" that's your words quite clearly your not even providing a service now. I've asked my partner in the UK to follow this up on .Gov.com as a complaint. This is an unjust and illegal (in UK) expense and you will be reported for it. I NEED CLARIFICATION, REFUND? OR SERVICE? WHAT DO I DO NEXT

tl;dr they are just lying about reopening from 3rd August Despite of announcement about resuming from the week of August 3rd, the application center is closed. At the application and payment moment on 6th August it was said that the closest open date is 12th and 26th August. But in the reality, there is no available dates and you couldn't know about it until the payment. They amended working hours page status only today, but on the front page it is still said that they reopened. Can't believe UK Home Office deals with such fraud or incompetent company.
