Subway

The cashier (a black haired woman with a nose piercing) was kinda spaced out and a little tired. That's understandable, but please tell me you're closing in 5 minutes BEFORE I sit down after grabbing my food. Great food otherwise.

We had a problem with an employee of this restaurant called Mery Reintam (meryreintam). The employee was incredibly slow and disrespectful. So we decided to write an email to Subway to warn them about this employee. It turned out that she is the manager of the restaurant. And, you will not believe this... She replied the email herself, pretending to be the owner of the restaurant. She was saying things like: "no, this employee is very good, etc..." But she was talking about herself. Forget it. The things you see in life... What an incredible lame thing to do. I would really advise against going to this restaurant. Unless you enjoy waiting 20min standing to get your sandwich. This woman should obviously get fired. Subway should verify the email she wrote to us.

The quality over the years has definitely declined. Its still okay but definitely not as good as it used to be. Especially the quesadilla which feels like they added chicken flavour powder from a ramen packet to the chicken quesadilla.

Too many super loud teens sitting there for hours. Also the employees have always been slow and clueless. If you have patience and luck you'll get a very good samdwich.

It's okay and the tasty was very subway. Unfortunately there was only Estonian menu, so other people who can't understand Estonian has difficulties to recognize what they are. When I tried to use the Camera function of the Google Translation, the menu exists atop the cashier so the accuracy was bad because the menu was far from me. I hope the Subway should prepare the handprint menu and at least English and Russian menu to do business in Tallinn.
