I then agreed with this company last Thursday (03.10.19) by phone for the exchange of the stand today (07.10.19). I called again one day earlier to agree on the exact time when the plumber would have to do the work. The phone confirmed that the person would be present the next day, Monday around 11/12, and in the evening the work should be done in any case. I was, then today, before 11 beautifully already waiting in my apartment but who didn't come was a plumber. Around 1 o'clock, then my suffering ceased and I called that caused such a delay. I got the phone, then the person only on the third attempt, and I was told that everything is fine, the plumber finishes another job near my object and goes there immediately. I then calmly waited again, but who still didn't come was a plumber. Then finally, after waiting three hours (at 14:13), the plumber called me individually and say that he can review today what is needed to do this job, and the job can only be done on Thursday. I tried to get the person in charge in this company again, but from 21 times no one picked up the phone, or the number was just busy.

I ordered a plumbing installation and later a decorative wall from My property. Requests are usually answered within a few hours, and staff are always available at the agreed time and can be relied upon. I do not know immediately whether I was dealing with one particular project manager or something else. Anyway, my thanks to them.

The electrical work in the apartment was nicely done, very satisfied with the result. A worthwhile company.
