The room excellent. Location great. Staff very polite. BUT they were asked to book 10 early taxis to the airport. So therefore these people would be requiring breakfast.....total lack of planning they ran out of food at breakfast - not just the luxury items - there was no bread- no cornflakes nothing. The Taxis were also not booked - this was solved by guests sharing .

Minus points for the basic gym and the sauna.

Beautiful place, right at the heart of Tallinn. Ideal for conference, meeting ... we love everything about Nordic Hotel because it is so convenient to get around to restaurants and attractions. What more you are asking for ?

Wonderful spa, clean rooms, rich breackfast, perfect customer service, good location and really hot atmosphere 👍
