We had an old wooden door that would let in all the noise and smells of the hallway, so we went to Torex to look at a new metal door. It took us awhile to make a decision, but the representatives were always so patient, took their time explaining all of our options thoroughly and helped us pick out the best quality for our budget. The door we picked has a magnetic seal, and it's excellent for keeping out dust, smells and much noise from the neighbours in the hallway. The workers did a fantastic job installing the door (especially in such an old building like ours) and were very pleasant and professional. Highly recommended.

I asked for a quote for a door in an office in Mustamäe. They sent it, and before buying it, the price was increased by 300 euros. I asked for a quote in an office in Lasnamäe, and there they said the price for measurements in the city at one time, and after a while it was twice as much. An employee of the Lasnamäe office said that since I am dissatisfied with their price manipulation, they have the right not to work with me. And she refused to serve. The doors may look good, but the service provided by companies in Tallinn is disgusting. Very sorry. I wanted to order.

Emails are not answered. Completely misleading information about the location of salons on the website. The website shows showrooms all over Estonia, but in reality there are none.

Ordered Ultimatum entrance doors about 2 years ago. I have never regretted it. Great doors! Gorgeous appearance, ease of use, excellent sound and heat insulation and no smell from the landing! But most importantly, reliability. Professional installers, fitted the door perfectly to my wall finish! Now I'm going to change the interior doors, I think I will contact this company, only positive memories from communicating with Torex employees!
