The family doctor does not speak English enough (interestingly, how does he supplement himself?) To explain the treatment and examinations to the patient. They do not send the referral letter for examinations, and there are no traces of the family doctor's visit in the digital history. Very sloppy and ignorant attitude.

Very bad experience with the whole center and constantly! When you finally get to the doctor, it is fine and impossible for the doctor to get "service". The child has been ill a couple of times and the family doctor, Doctor Kristi Otsmaa, has never examined the ill child because it is impossible to get to her or the time is offered in a few months. I called today to have the baby checked regularly and offered time in two months. If a child, or myself, has been ill, counseling by the secretary or family nurse is by telephone. Nobody invites an appointment, a doctor asks for a review, they start talking about money and budgets and the meaning of all the tests, etc. to see if there is still a need. A person as an individual is round zero for them. It is a pity that doctors, family nurses and secretaries there do so. Not recommended at all!
