Family doctor fine, however the service is very poor. My family doctor was on vacation and there was NO other doctor to see me for no reason i was told No doctor available until 20th. The front desk service are the worst no phone etiquette, they always sound sad on the phone and they could openly tell you if you dont like our service go find another family doctor.

Super awful service and doctors. Most of doctors are Russian, their medical knowledge is not enough generally, family doctors are disaster and most of them can not talk English and also their knowledge of Estonian language is low. If you call and want to talk your family doctor most of the time they refer you to nurse and they will not talk to patient, and in many cases they say to patient to have paracetamol or ibuprofen, I had a kidney problem and my doctor didn’t like to talk with me because she was about to leave clinic and after that she went to a 2 weeks trip without introducing an alternative doctor so I waited even 3 weeks once her backed and my problem got worse, in the meantime I went to emergency hospital and they told me that you need a referral letter so a urologist can visit you and when I asked even by email she didn’t send referral and said to me you should pay if you want to visit a specialist...

Terrible customer service starting with the reception lady and ending with the doctors. A few months ago my boyfriend gave blood test there but they managed to lose the results somewhere claiming he never went there in the first place. He paid 100 euros for it and no sign of the staff even trying to figure out where did the results disappear. They don't even say hello to you (if this would be happening I'd give more stars already). Even though they say the doctors there speak fluent English it's a complete lie (at least the ones with who I have dealt with).

Unpleasant service and running the patient for quite considerable sums.
