KLICK | Tallinn | Viru Keskus

On 25.11 wanted to buy a new X Box Series X console. Have tried to call Klick Viru Keskus to see if any available, but nobody picked up the phone. Then I went to Klick's website to ask same question from info chat that they have, person in chat replied that 1 console is available in the same shop and then left the chat without a possibility for me to book it. I've tried to make more calls to Klick Viru Keskus, but this time they were dropping the phone. Then i decided to go and try my luck in shop itself, but when i got there Klick guy told me that remaining console is booked by another person! 1) Prior leaving, the chat person should have advised console availability status or should have at least waited for my feedback. 2) Klick's persons in shop should at least picked up the phone during their working hours. When I asked them locally why they ignored my calls (have called them between 12:00-12:30) - they replied that they were busy with too many customers in the shop. There were two employees. It was 12:50 and i was the only customer inside the shop. Didn't look that they have crowds of buyers. Verdict: Awfully service and low profile employees in Klick.

Monday I wet to buy a coffee from Lavazza and these coffee cups I usually buy was on sale because of Black Friday.I was very happy for this so bought 2 of them.When I paid the price was the same and when I told it should be a sale and they said it is finished.I bought it anyway.Next time please remove a sale prises!

Bought mouses for the office and after I found the same ones 40% cheaper at Euronics in Viru Keskus. They don’t complain with the EU law of 14-days return policy. They don’t want to refund. Only gift cards or voucher. And the customer service is pretty bad as usual in Estonian customer service. The staff doesn’t really know T&C of the place where they work.
