Ordered with furniture I stayed happy and that is the most important thing. Unfortunately, however, my experience with these exchanges of information makes me a little cautious. I received a message on the email that my order has arrived and was asked to send a payment order, after which further coordinates were allowed to receive the goods (sounds a bit like searching for a secret treasure ...). I assumed that since the goods were present and even a payment order was asked, the response is fast. I was lost. How many days was silence and then I called the cabin. Then I was given the "secret" coordinates and information on the phone to get my desk. I called in advance before I arrived, as I had, and went. There was no one. Lao's communication was very pathetic, but fortunately someone allowed to return to the warehouse. I had to show the order number so that it was searched, but they had no information about what they were giving out. I even had to know how many boxes it made, though I didn't have that information. Then we hoped that there was one part and I went away. No paper or information was left to me or to them that I would have received the goods. I got to forget the thing when a few weeks later I got a speech from Boconcept that I still got my desk, because the mail was left out ... Maybe it gives me the impression that they have absolutely no idea what they were doing out of their store give. When I gave the caller some feedback on my experience, I saw that if I had waited for my reply, I would have known the number of boxes and all the information I needed. The caller was rather rude at all. Well. Wondering what would have happened if I had said that he hadn't got a table? :)))
