The worst customer service I have ever experienced. In general, customer service in Tallinn has gone through tremendous positive transformation but unfortunately as far as I am concerned this furniture shop is not one of the positive, progressive forces in that nice city. I visited Luxor Mööblisalong during our trip to Tallinn. Because the owner did not notice any way a customer strolling around the shop, I eventually asked for help in my search for armchairs. She graciously came to help me to compare some fabric samples and complimented her own talent in interior design. She informed me that they are able to deliver me two arm chairs that I would select from a catalog. The armchair deal was meant to seal by email but the communication ended up to be horrible with this shop. I supposed that my appr. 3500€ arm chair order was too minor to act professionally and promptly. I understand that a shop-owner can sometimes be busy, but if you want to take care of your customers, it takes only one minute to send a quick email from your phone to explain customer a tricky situation or try to solve possible email-related problem. It took almost three weeks for the owner to reply my first email and communication did not improved later on. I contacted the shop several times, also by phone, and was astonished by the arrogance and negligent attitude of this furniture businesswoman. I ended up ordering my two arm chairs from another Tallinn furniture dealer, who was a true pleasure to work with. They kept in very close contact throughout the whole process and acted like true professionals. I'm was happy to found more reliable furniture entrepreneur to do business with.
