They insisted on having the payment in full. They installed a defective kitchen, which they then had to replace. Then, the maker of the kitchen, who came to check, said they hadn't open a ventilation hole, (certified in writing) and they refused to do anything about it (their seller suggested that we cooked with the lower door open). They simply kept saying they would come at a certain time and not showing up (thus making us waste our time).

Do not recommend. They delivered the damaged part, which they do not agree to compensate, ask for 80 € for transport, but send one person who is not able to deliver things alone. Typical attitude towards customers in Estonia - as soon as you have no money in your hands.

We were dealt with by a specialist in our field who was able to give good advice on kitchen furniture.

Customer service is awful! I do not advise anyone. As soon as they got their money, they began to pull with the order and eventually did not even answer phone calls! Do not be surprised if I see this company in the black list of Tarbijakaitse soon.
