Wonderful place to fly low and deep with Yin yoga / Tea ceremony or take off with a well guided Rocket practice / Vinyasa. A real balancing combination of both- yin and yang and always allowing a practitioner to concentrate to his/her practice, according to ones need. So: yes, yes, yes & more please!

About 2 years ago I began to go to Marilyn, very skeptical, because I was about 10th. I returned to a sports club in yoga and I felt so bad experience that I thought I did not like yoga at all! But from the first hour I realized how different yoga is and how the teacher can deal with students, support and direct them according to the students' ability and readiness. Now, I'll do yoga every morning and on the ground, which seemed impossible to start with at the moment, it's so easy now that I can stand for as long as it's bugging :) A wonderful studio and teacher!
