The store was nice and the owner was very helpful. So far the product is working as advertised, as well (it is brand new, though!). The owner speaks English.

Don't expect to be welcomed at this store. Owner looks and acts as you are disturbing him. We knew what we wanted so we didn't bother him with any additional questions. Once we stepped out of the store we looked at each other like...what the hell just happened..what is going on with this guy? If you absolutely have to have something from this store..go... but otherwise I'm not going back.. sorry dude

I justify my assessment. Dyson V11 was acquired from the company, which stopped working 6 months later. I sent a warranty and was told that water damage and repairs cost 174 euros which is not covered by the warranty. Although I have used it indoors and followed all the instructions for use. I had to replace and pay for the engine, and if I wanted an old engine for myself - it was not given. If I buy a 600 euro vacuum cleaner and something happens to it, I would expect it to be replaced unconditionally during the warranty period. If this product is really so badly made that when I use it in room conditions, I have to pay for such a costly repair every six months, then it does not justify its price. One of our beloved writers has said of such a business model: "We import rotten eggs and export vipers - the main thing is to make gold ring, silver stretch and crisp paper"
