Sorry, but damn bad service.
The company does not even have common bases - five (five, Karl!) Brokers call from there in a row, with the same silly questions, but powerful offers, without even having to bother to read through the announcement to the end
Half of the brokers are not able to speak English or Russian. Well, ok, let foreigners not be needed. But here’s a template conversation: Hello, we carefully studied your ad, work only with us, - I say, okay, you read in a carefully studied ad that we don’t want one broker? - Oh, no, - but, I say, we saw two more announcements from other film studios, - oh, not yet, but right now we have more than twenty of our own buyers for your property! - okay, I say, offer them right now, we agree to pay a commission if you really have buyers - no, they say, you first remove all your ads, refuse to work with other brokers and undertake to work only with us. And then we will send you a photographer (!) In a week
While conducting these stupid conversations with LVM, representatives of two other small real estate agencies called and immediately agreed to drive three (three!) Potential buyers
