Tram system in Estonia is one of the best in the whole Baltic States. They're very clean, tidy, neat and warm. I love it!
But I have to admit to a sin... I have never paid for using it!
Purely, there are places for sitting, a toilet, a snack bar, a help desk, most of the staff are multilingual. Luggage storage.
