I was forced to visit several times. Service is below the baseboard. The customer is initially assumed to be an idiot. Only the absence of healthy competition in a small town makes it possible for this store to keep afloat. I do not recommend it to anyone!

This is the worst store .. the seller is constantly rude and tries to buy the worst product as expensive as possible. I remember my arm was broken, and my friend and I went into the store to look at new parts. There were rollers nearby and one of them fell from above. The seller got nasty and made him put the video back on with a broken arm (it was high). In general, hire normal staff, then we'll see

People!!! Go around this place for a kilometer !!! The owner is a rare rubbish, imagining the devil knows what he is! what else .... the impression of a visit to his shop, no .... vomit to deal with such sellers .....

Highly do not recommend this store. I called there to ask them to deliver a bike that I liked on the site, to which the seller told me that he would not order anything and in general this bike would not suit me and would be big. I went to Tartu to buy a bike (it was not in other shops), I took a ride there, everything was fine with me and I made a purchase. I bought the bike on Friday and asked to be sent to Narva, to which the Hawaiian express said OK and promised that on Monday the bike would be in Narva. On Monday, I arrived in Narva to this store and asked where my bike was, etc. To which the same seller, the owner told me, I don't know anything, I have a lot of work, I will not assemble the bike for you and in general I am very busy I don’t care about you, I’ll still collect the bike for free, in what form it will pass, in this form and will give it back. Of course, I was upset, the weather is fine outside, but I just can't buy myself a Bicycle, and even they communicate in such a boorish tone. As a result, I wrote the situation to the support service, to which they said: the bike should be assembled and ready for use free of charge and that my bike still arrived at the store in Narva on Monday. On Tuesday, late in the evening, I started to call the store again, the same seller (he is the only one in the store there as a seller and owner) began to be rude again and said: I don't have time, how to collect, so I'll collect, I'm very busy and don't need to bother me, I'll call you back. I wanted to clarify at least the timing, but he started shouting into the phone and that was the end of the dialogue. As a result, after another couple of days of correspondence with the support service, we did not come to any conclusion and, as a result, I refused this purchase. I advise everyone not to deal with this store, there is a completely inadequate, non-customer-oriented boor working in it. Thank you all for your attention.
