The receptionist was totally disrespectful. Not only to me, but other guests as well. I almost liked the room (smelly hallway), but I didn't take it because of her attitude. Also, she didn't want to show me the room and said I should look on the internet. Amazing kindness, isn't it?!

Nice hotel and location, but there was no AC and room was very hot.

Overlooks the Russian border - not a bad hotel and has very friendly staff

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, great location. Rooms look very simple. Could have been a little more soundproof and maybe more TV channels, but all in all I was satisfied.
