Service took a long time, multiple things were missing, and very few people were working, which made getting those forgotten things very difficult. Overall, not a good experience, and I'd suggest going to a KFC elsewhere.

Every time I try to buy and every time I get disappointed, it’s not tasty at all. Differs from the original KFS flavor, the chicken is not juicy and the breading is not crispy. The potatoes are also kind of raw and cold 🤢🤢🤢 I hope you will improve the quality and come to a real CFS, but now this does not correspond.

The food and burger you bought was completely cold, the french fries were barely warm, so you can't get hot food from there.

Everything is very tasty, but the refilling machine instead of Mirinda refilled me with empty soda. 11/14/20 I ordered two different burgers, the order waited five minutes, both burgers are cold. But delicious. The tables are always dirty

I took chicken legs uncooked like rubber. The burgers are bland, no taste. Ketchup tastes the cheapest. The potatoes are normal. I won't go anymore. I was happy to visit KFC in Sosnovy Bor, Kingisepp and St. Petersburg. There is something to compare.
