Modern architecture, a cool concept and, in principle, the feeling that you are in the future. There are no vicious waggons here, which certainly would be in Russian colleges. You can go, sit or even lie down in the hall, drink coffee, read a book. In principle, you can just walk around the building. This place must be seen.

One of the most favorite places. Many activities, lectures are organized. Excellent cafe in the basement (and very popular with the locals). Free Internet. You can even just come sit on the steps to work. In the basement are exhibitions. According to the curriculum I learned in 2013-2014. A very small choice was for those who already have a higher education, and who do not know Estonian (I moved, I had the option to stay to live in the city).
