I bought a pretty expensive pellet-fireplace from Toru-Jüri, but after they received my money, they absolutely don't seem to care about further customer satisfaction. I received product with a small defect, of which they don't want to take any responsibility. Also i'm having some problems with the ignition, sending e-mails to all the shops, having no proper reply or suggestions. When calling, they seem always to be too busy with other more important things. Customer support quite sucks overthere...
