The buses have been upgraded to an awesome level of quality, but the driver in #773 (Kuressaare - Paide) lacked a lot!!! in basic and polite communication and knowledge of customer care! He doesn't seem to like people (or mornings? Or neither?)... For the buses I would give a rating of 5, but he drove down my rating to 3.

Hello, I drove 5x in Tallinn-Lihula-Tallinn for work in November and all the managers offering the service are at the level !! Congratulations! I especially want to commend today 19.11. At the departure of Lihula, 16.40 drivers, who are such a gentleman for you, that when I wanted to leave Tallinn, he asked to wait a moment and wanted to open the door himself, it was such a beautiful gesture that I have not seen in a long time !!! My very favorite bus company. I ate for a very long time as a student from Pärnu to Saaremaa and it has always been a wonderful service and the value for money is in place. Now I get the most late night buses from Tallinn on Friday nights and there would be no other option. The hat off in front of the bus drivers, who still have time to eat at this late hour. Thank you.

Screens to work on every seat! If there was a bus on the spot, the ignition could be taken out ... The whole bus was full of carbon monoxide. Otherwise very ok company!

Very unpleasant customer service. The different employees of the company give the opposite answers. Do not use it whenever possible
