I will tell my little story, I went one day because I wanted to buy a bicycle and they did not attend to me, I went another day and the same, for work reasons and Covid we went to another province for 3 months, I discovered a store and between, they sold me a bicycle Today I went to see if I could take a look at the bike, the answer is that I go where I buy it since it is a warranty incident, this store being the official service of that brand. Not only will I not go back in again, anyone who sees with a bicycle and asks me about a workshop the answer will be NO here.
