The excellent treatment
I have bought food for my cats there for a long time. There are always offers and the treatment is exquisite.
Excellent product, high quality, my dog loves it and it has improved his skin and coat a lot. I will buy it again.

I placed an order on 10/24 (Saturday), so it should be ready on Monday 10/26. It has not been the case. The next day I send you an email to know about my order (according to the website it delivers 24/48 hours), because it is still in PROCESS and I don't know anything. Obviously I have not received a response all day and as what I have requested is urgent and they do not show signs of life except to charge, I have sent them another email requesting the cancellation and full refund. I understand the current situation and I can understand that there are delays, but the reason for my opinion is because they have not answered, they have not taken the trouble and I imagine that the same has happened with my request. If the web says delivery 24/48, you comply and if there is a problem you communicate it to the client or at least they have the decency to answer the mail at some point. From my experience I do not recommend it, if the others have done well, I am glad. Now to see how long it takes to return the money and if they return it, because that would be the last straw. ud83dude24
