The manager treats his employees and customers badly

As a former TP worker, I can say that I found the show I saw regrettable.nJust arrived at the place, I am ordering a pizza and some extras for dinner at the place and the presumed manager of the store appears and begins to hit a monumental anger at the girl who was in the box, with my partner and me in front.nThat was already very ugly, but later on, the same individual, a group of people with several children who were in the place when I arrived and who were already leaving, stopped them and claimed what had caused the anger with the girl from the box.nIt turns out that I was claiming 2 euros, yes, 2 € ladies and gentlemen ... and the reason is that they had been charged for a product that came in the brochure (which was on the counter and they also taught me) at the price that came in the brochure and that price was not correct. The boy argued that with the COVID issue, the brochure is no longer valid and what they have on the screens is worth.nHe set up a shameful circus for something the customer can never be to blame.nAnd for € 2 ... I was about to get up and give them to him to shut up.nI don't give a half star because you can't. But with the one who is falling with the jobs, that boy would be better off putting himself a little bit in the shoes of the clients who make him be able to collect his salary.

The treatment by management is dire. The delivery man arrived more than an hour after placing the order. The delivery man told me as well as the manager that they did not understand how the order had taken so long because they were not very saturated with work, much less.nWhen I ask him for explanations, they tell me that the boss says that they have arrived as soon as possible, that if I want the pizza, I can keep it and if not, the delivery man will take it back.nIn these bad times for the hospitality industry, having a guy who treats customers so badly is unfortunate. Of course I returned the pizza, there are more food companies delighted to receive customers and treat them to repeat ... this is not the case of Telepizza Sant Boi.nOn top of that, you screw it up, you get cool, well, goodie, let it go beautiful!
