Fantastic! Everything is made from scratch. Pizza, pastas, and extremely delicious pistachio ice cream. Wonderful atmosphere, friendly, and welcoming. We will definitely eat here again!

Fantastic little find...a lovely restaurant in the Sants area of Barcelona, close to Hosta Francs Market. Fantastic margarita pizza, pistachio ice cream, and other expected dishes. Excellent service, and they even brought our dog some water! Lovely place!

After a few days with a steady diet of Tapas, Paella, and sangria in dark hot restaurants (with seating for few), my family was ready for something else. What a treat to stumble upon Amassame! The four of us (adults) shared an appetizer, 2 pizzas, two pasta dishes, two bottles of Lambrusco, one Tiramisu and 4 shots of lemon cello. Our bill was less than $90 US. Best deal in Barcelona! The top quality ingredients and detail to flavor was obvious. The carbonara pasta was my favorite but the 4 cheese pasta was terrific too. It had just the right amount of manchego for taste without overwhelming the dish. The farmers pizza was excellent as well as the rococco...the rococco was good but heavier than the Farmer. The pizza crusts and the Roman bread were perfection. Crisp and flavorful. The interior was so pleasant...clean and airy and obviously well thought out. They have three levels of seating plus a few tables outside so I wouldn’t worry about getting a table...such a treat compared to the tapas/paella places which never seem to have open tables. Oh and they actually cool their air perfectly! Complete comfort and it was wonderful not to feel like I needed a shower when we left! Amazing. Make this a must for Italian food in Barcelona!
