An old trull of the Cooperativa de Pagesos de Collbató converted into the Oil Interpretation Center. Apart from the museum space, you can rot and buy oils from the local, palomar and arbequina varieties.nThe mill is currently only open to the general public on specific dates. Check for festivals or scheduled visits, or visit it in a group!nnIf you are a group of more than 15 people, you can reserve a guided route through the Oil Road that includes the visit to the Interpretation Center.

An oil interpretation center very curious. You can have a good wine (have a good selection) and buy Collbató oil. A nice surprise
