It is much more than it seems, it is a multidisciplinary center that integrates nutrition, physiotherapy, osteopathy and aesthetic treatments in addition to personalized training.
We could say that it is not a gym as such, but a health and wellness center where you can exercise breathing fresh air at 99.75% (this may seem like this, but you can tell the difference).nnThe concept is as follows:nnKINAIR120 Method = Physical training + stimulation of the senses + pure airnn· They offer an effective training system that allows to adapt the intensity of the exercises according to the level of physical condition of each person.n· Short sessions (30 minutes or 45 minutes)n· Constant supervision of a coach.nnIn short, it's like feeling a bit of a Hollywood star, you have the closest thing to a personal trainer (classes are maximum 6 people) but you pay less.
