I bought a Groupon and contacted the center. He told me he dropped out in December and I had to ask for the refund.nThe offer is still active on Groupon. Don't buy it

An unrivaled lack of professionalism.nnThe only thing he wants to know is whether or not you have a Groupon coupon and if you do, you are lost. Not even hello when he answers the message.nnMy coupon has expired and I still have not received a response for an appointment. I have sent him several messages and he does not answer.nnGroupon gave me another coupon. After several attempts I got an appointment for the end of March.nnBut we were in pandemic so by May I contact her and she tells me what day I can go. I am out and I cannot return for that date. He tells me to let him know when I return.nnWhen I manage to return, apparently the owner of the center tells me that the coupon has expired and unlike all the other establishments that have extended their return policies, expiration etc, the two months of confinement, she is not going to take charge.nnMy husband bought the voucher in February. And now she tells me that she stopped being associated with Groupon in December.nnObviously conspicuous by the absence of honesty.nnThis person obviously does not value your business or customers.nnThis is called FRAUD!

I came because it was recommended by a friend who is a regular customer and is delighted. And the truth is that it has been great for me too, I had been dragging a contracture for a couple of months and in 2 sessions I solved the problem. I thought it was only massage but also do physiotherapy, reflexology, reiki ...nThe staff is nice, I was attended by a very nice and friendly girl.nThe center is very relaxing, minimalist, very Zen, I liked it.nI will repeat for sure!

I have a massage coupon that expires on February 9, I have asked for an appointment on the 28th and it makes me unable to give myself time.
