Delighted with my experience with Welthy. The food is varied, very rich, and I have loved trying new foods such as azuki or bulgur. It is also super convenient to have everything prepared at home, ready to eat. Luisa, the nutritionist, helped and motivated me a lot. I am happy with the results and I recommend it 100%.
I am an athlete and since I have been with Welthy I have improved my sports performance and body composition. What I like the most is that it saves me time, since all meal times come to my house.
