I asked for a pack for this morning 7-8 AM.nAnyone came. Customer service do not know where my pack is and 3 hours later pack disappeared and money lost. No clls, no email nothing. I will for sure report this to the Instituto Nacional de Ciberseguridad and the local police because this is not the way of working stealing money from people not giving the service.nnAfter 4 hours the (very kind) person on the chat answer me back and proceed with the full refund because nobody knows where my pack is and the shop of barcelona do not give any feedback.nI will wait for the refund and update this review.nYou are lucky that the person of the customer service is a good person because the overall experience has been very bad.

Very bad experience! I chose the website for recommendation and my surprise was when the person received the package ... luckily they sent me a photo because if not, I would not have noticed! Missing a cheese board and tomatoes for the bread !! At no time did they tell me that they did not have it, but to charge it ... that they did! When I called customer service, he symptomatically told me that they would pay it because the delivery man was not coming back !! Very bad management ... because if the company has made a mistake ... it has to go and deliver the missing products !! Logically I will NOT repeat !!!
