update a month later:nThe store posted a very generic response and despite having provided my contact details I have heard nothing back. 0 star seems to be the appropriate rating for this type of customer service.nn*************************************************************************nI bought some tuna steaks in the store earlier this week which I consumed within 24h.n2 hours after dinner I suffered from histamine toxicity. When passing the store today I thought it would at least be the right thing to do informing someone of the incident. While it took a while to find someone speaking English I was finally able to recount the story. As the person translated to the manager I understood as much from the conversation that it was questioned as to whether the fish was truly bought in the store or if my sickness was caused by the tuna I had bought.nAs I had not asked for any reimbursement or compensation I found it was unnecessary of the manager to doubt my credibility. I was simply trying to do the right thing preventing someone else from having the same experience as I did. It left me with a bad taste and a serious doubt of ever coming back.

Update as of October 2020 - from 5⭐ufe0f to 2⭐ufe0fnnUnfortunately the lady who serves salads/pasta is quite rude with customers.nnI can understand she is busy and there are a lot of things going on but she needs to learn manners. People who wants sushi (which is already made) needs to do the same queue as people ordering pasta.nnThis is absolutely fine but it’s not explained anywhere... after waiting for over 10min sushi on hand she stated that I had to do the line as everyone else... shame that she didn’t see me patiently waiting all that time.nnA smile (despite the mask) and good manners do go a long way.nnI hope Ametller fixes it soon rather than sending a generic “we will look into it”.nn————nnQuality supermarket with good vegetables and meat selection.nnBe aware that it lacks on household and cleaning products BUT there is a Caprabo nearby where they sell the rest of stuff.nnAmetller Origen is my go-to grocery go to store

Best place to buy fresh food in Bcn. They also do delivery in 2 hours!! One of the few places in the city that understand costumer service! Amazing!

This is a recent supermarket chain that's been popping out everywhere in Barcelona.nThey have very good products, more gourmet style and from local farms.nnMost places offer ready to eat sushi and some, bigger ones, include many hot meals and salads at surprisingly good prices.
