The treatment is terrible since Patricia left. I have withdrawn all my insurance from there. The only time I have had to use the insurance, it was because of a gas boiler and they sent me a "specialist" who did not even see the boiler, said that from his experience it would be a problem of the gas that arrives, and in the end It was because of an electric valve (which is covered by insurance). Regrettable
The worst insurance office I have ever been to. The guy stops doing his job. I had to send a documentation to the headquarters and three months and I don't know how many requests later I still don't know where to send it. Painful.
