This company is a disgrace. I can’t believe there is such bad public transportation in Spain. Some bus stops are not even marked, in the Urbanización Florida area, near Torrevieja. There is no way to know the bus schedule, it doesn’t show up on google maps if you can imagine. There’s better public transportation in northern Africa.nThe Personal from Avanza, drivers are very arrogant and not helpful. If you buy an online ticket show up for the exact bus on the time stamp. Even though the ticket is nominal and requires ID, you cannot use it for the next bus. It is not refundable. The ticket office was closed between 9 - 10 am. Upon seeing one of the drivers exiting the office, I asked if I could use the 9 o’clock ticket for the next bus, he reacted very annoyed as I was interrupting him on his way to coffee. I find it illogical since the ticket is nominal and requires Id. Avoid this company! Total jerks!

well i take the bus to go to airport. good thing is that the tickets are really cheap compared to a taxi, bus is always on time. but to put bags in the bottom of the bus is really difficult.

Only to go from la marina village to guardamar incredible how bad this service is,Not even changed on there web site it's 2019 not 1920 .worse service now its October
