After seeing chiropractors of and on for more then 20 years I went to Alvaro for treatment with the Pold-method. All I needed was two sessions with Alvaro and I have not needed help ever since that last session. That was in spring 2019. I warmly recommend Alvaro for anyone with back and neck pain.

Very good experience, got good help with my problems and very nice treatment. Serious and knowledgeable therapist who combined different techniques to stimulate healing. As well as some movements to work with yourself to get ahead, very good, Thank you!nGabrielle

I had terrible pain in my lower back and very sore hips after two previous operations. I simply could not stand on my two legs correctly. After about 13 treatments, Alvaro fixed my body with different methods and today it simply feels very good compared to before. I can walk decently and the pain is completely gone. this is simply fantastic. Now I have to continue with my exercises that I got, so it should probably work out in the end. I really recommend Alvaro if you still have so little pain. Marika at the reception is also a real gem.// Roffe

Thank you for a really good treatment of my back that I had problems with for a few years and also the neck during the fall. Should have had an operation this spring but thanks to the treatment at Nordic Fysio, I currently feel satisfied with my well-being and give you the best recommendations. I have received very good help with my hip problems. I had a hard time walking when I first got there, but now it's much better after about 10 visits. I am very pleased with the treatment and treatment. Will need a few more times but then so, I can go on my powerwalks again, which I have been missing. Can highly recommend this reception. They only use natural remedies, which I appreciate.
