Reset bodies is a different form of physical therapy that has helped me a lot and continues to do so. It allows me to gain mobility, work my failures from the beginning and thanks to this I can enjoy every day of training. I am very happy with the results that I am obtaining and I consider that Reset bodies is essential to avoid injuries and essential as part of training.
