Have been using the place for a while and know they always suggested alternatives trying to sell as much stuff as possible (which was leading to long queueing some time). On Saturday 14/03/2020 when I came to ask for a supplement for my elderly mother, they were incredibly unpleasant and didn't offer any solution whatsoever. The stressful situation doesn't mean it is your customers fault! Well I ordered everything online...

It is one of the worst attentions received in a pharmacy in all Torrevieja ... Yesterday I bought a medicine I showed her the requirement showing her the presentation she needed of the medicine and she gave me the same medicine in the presentation that she thought, at what I ask the girl why the size is higher than the one I requested and she tells me with is more quantity ... I am going to ask for the change for what I requested and they tell me that it is forbidden even when the error is theirs. .. Regardless of how delicate your business is ... It is an abuse
