We resort to that estate (08/11/2018) requesting help and guidance at a very delicate moment, the death of my brother-in-law. The man who took care of us on the 4th floor, (which we had been waiting for more than three quarters of an hour) was thoughtless, cruel, impolite, everything that you can imagine and more, very, very, very awful and unpleasant, is more to date today we keep remembering it with a lot of discomfort.nPeople how he, facing the public, should not be and less taking issues of human caliber, for much opposition that has approved, I think the staff department should take action on the matter, because this man I do not think he had a bad day I think it was his usual procedure.nThat said, I do not wish anyone who needs to have recourse to this character.nAnd I wish him the same thing he gives, neither more nor less than he gives.
