A huge office with enough staff and little help.nIt's a shame. Because they could process some information via telephone and not have to wait weeks and months for some simple steps. There is no appointment in several months in the office of Torrevieja, nobody picks up your phone .... Anyway ... A pity

And arrived at the office at 9:15 am and left at 11: 00h waiting in line to request international coverage, 3 administrative people have spent almost 35 minutes talking to each other and laughing, it seems to me a lack of respect that we are waiting for and they counting their things. Very bad attention
