There`s 2 offices close by if you want to pay your Suma and set up a direct debit like me this is the office.nI had to go twice and on both occations i found the staff very friendly and helpful 9.00am was busy 1.30pm not so (they close at 2.00pm)nThe office is well run, make sure you take a ticket from the machine when you go in, you can see when its your turn and at what desk on the screen.nThey also accept credit card payments.

I went to deliver some allegations, as simple as picking up a piece of paper. The lady who answered said no, that they could not accept that document, when in sum of Rojales, they did not put any obstacles. Then he said that he had never done that procedure, despite having been working there for 25 years (?). Then, that we were in a pandemic, in the end and after insisting, he accepted it. Let's see if it is clear that if you use a mask, keep distance and use the gel, you are more protected than any cashier in any supermarket, than any sales clerk, than any worker who is not lucky enough to have a counter in between. Fear of the virus, we have all, but do not use it so as not to give a stick to the water.

I have filed two appeals for replacement because I had to pay the capital gain for the sale of my house (from which I had lost) in the second resource that I filed (since with the first I did not get any response) the person who attended me told me that I was losing (I thought that opinion should not be given by a worker so easily, since I have had to pay a settlement that does not correspond) Today is still silent. They are obliged to issue a resolution and notify it. Silence does not exempt them from dictating a resolution. Now I have to spend the money on a lawyer (who will pay me that now).

People usually do not like to visit institutions of this type, however, whenever I went they treated me very well and the wait was not too long. They usually have communication problems with foreigners who do not speak Spanish ....
