If it were possible to put -5, I would have done so. Awful experience. At first, without explaining what the money was for, they told me to pay 220 euros for updating a foreign passport. And then, as a surprise, they said that you see this for an office gathering and for a trip to Madrid. They don’t ask you if you can be in Torrevieja at 5 AM and just say “your bus is next Wednesday”, it doesn’t matter if you work or not. They do not return money and add that the rest is paid in Madrid.nThe minibus they use is disgusting. You drag on solid seats with non-reclining back and forth, horrified along the way as the driver sticks out on the phone all the time, whether it is a sharp turn, rain or overtaking. Very poor service, you pay 213 € for a child's passport, and it costs 9 € at the consulate. They promise a full set of documents, lies. There is not enough photocopy, then a statement, then an envelope, then a stamp. ... in front of my eyes, they did not give passports to children due to incorrectly filled papers with ondasol. shame. in the minibus it is terrible, who fart, someone pisses, snores

Do not try to get a passport with them! Everyone lies! More than 4 months have passed (they said a maximum of 3) and no answer, no greetings! Tales tell that mail, blah blahnThey have some kind of mess there!
