Reviewed opinions from 1/2 years ago and seems like people had good experience at the office. But recently all the comments are bad, the management should take care of this really. My personal experience today was horrible with the guy at table 20. Super unprofesional, feels like he is better than any other person around him, disguisting. many many people are going there, and and not because it´s a treat, because they have to, and all are treated like sh...t, no one deserverd that.nnI don´t know, maybe those poeple working there having a bad days or going trough rough times, but please, attend people at least profesional, i really hope the guy from table 20 won´t experience the same service ever as he is providing to people.

A bit confusing if you don't know how it goes. But the security guy at the door helps you and tells you what to do. It is more helpful to pre-request benefits or sign up as a claimant if you do not know on your mobile. The employees, the one who took care of me, fine. Despite not being able to solve mine at the time.

The staff is very kind, they are not to blame, my question is: why is it mandatory for children to go to school in a pandemic? Or supermarket workers or other jobs? And the public services offices do not serve the public or only by telephone?

You are going to ask for information and they never know anything, they give you a phone to call if you are lucky and insist a lot at the end they answer you, they tell you that everything is fine and when you ask for an appointment there is always something missing ... and to top it off they can help you first of your appointment, but if you are 11 minutes late they make you ask for another appointment ...na clear example of how the country is doing the same as this office ... nonsense ...nYou rascal! To charge well you charge, but when you have to pay something is always missing.
