Great service great staff and a new in house dry cleaner.nAs all previous dry cleaning was sent out and that’s where previous complaints came from the external dry cleaner not Lavandería Los Altos.nSo very very happy with the new system .

Please stay away from this laundry for your own sake !!!nI went to pick up a trousers that I dropped earlier in the week, they could not find it and were not too bother about it.nAfter a month of going back and forth to the laundry, the owners told me to buy another one that they'll refund the cost of the trousers, went back with the receipt but they changed their mind!!!No money back.

Try to avoid the establishment. I handed over an expensive and very new suit. It came back very delayed and worst of all ruined.nnIn all fairness they offered to try to repair it but I would not trust them even with my old undies.
